McKenzie is our Operations Director and has worked for Vector for one year.
As the Operations Director, McKenzie supports our Sales Teams whilst overseeing the Global Operational side of the business, making sure we have the people, processes and systems in place to perform at our best.
Passionate about developing people and helping them reach their full potential – whether it’s coaching managers, improving the way we work, or removing barriers that allow the team to focus on what they do best, her goal is to create a high-performing, collaborative culture that delivers exceptional results for both our clients and candidates.
